The questions below are a guide to help you to share information that will advance the movement for gambling reform. 

 

Your answers will help to build a  picture about gambling harm in Australia.  How is it affecting people? What needs to change?  Answer as many or as few questions as you feel comfortable. Your perspective and opinions are unique and important.  

We need to collect some personal details e.g. your postcode, to make sure we share your insights with decision-makers in the right state, but no identifying details will ever be used without your consent.
You can remain completely anonymous, while still being part of a growing network of people speaking out about the reality of gambling harm in people’s lives.
